The shallow, beginner-friendly waters of Morjim Beach make it a safe and exciting place to learn, even for non-swimmers. Your expert instructor will guide you step-by-step, starting with a quick land lesson where you’ll get familiar with your surfboard, learn essential handling techniques, and practice the popup — the key move to standing up on your board. Once in the water, you’ll get comfortable with the ocean’s rhythm before catching your first wave, with your instructor spotting the best waves for you. The more you practice, the better you’ll get! Safety is our priority, and every session includes a 20-minute briefing on ocean dynamics, board handling, and safe surfing techniques.
